Product Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your XYZ product under the following conditions:

Return Period

Returns are accepted within 30 days of product arrival as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included and in resalable condition.

  • Installed, damaged, or altered products cannot be returned.

Shipping and Handling

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as His Metalworks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return
